We do not change or modify a company's policy or procedure manual. We simply convert the information contained in their manual into training material to be delivered to employees. We carefully design and create a training curriculum based entirely on the policies & procedures provided by our clients. We update our clients upon the completion of each module or chapter, giving them the opportunity to request modifications or update us regarding any changes to their information which would impact the new training curriculum being created.
Upon completion of the transformation process, the completed training curriculum is presented to the client and is tested by carefully selected employees for initial feedback. Based on that feedback, final modifications and corrections are made and the final training curriculum is then made available to the client.
